  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 150 within Canada and the USA. For orders under 150, a flat rate of $10 applies.

2. Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and the availability of the items ordered.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping destination.

3. International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We strive to process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. However, order processing times may vary due to high demand or inventory availability.

5. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
